TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 06/13/2025

Welcome to Code On Fire. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, products, and mentorship program. By using this site or enrolling in any Code On Fire offer, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our services.

1. Program Overview

Code On Fire provides digital mentorship, training, and educational content designed to help creators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries launch digital products using AI-assisted workflows. The content may include video trainings, screen-sharing walkthroughs, live group calls, private community access, and optional 1:1 support.

2. No Guarantees or Results

We do not guarantee any specific financial or business results. Your success depends on your own effort, application, background, and market conditions. Code On Fire is an educational and mentorship program — not a done-for-you service or guaranteed income system.

You understand that any testimonials or examples are not promises of what you will achieve.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program, denial of future access, and potential use of third-party collection services.

If you have a dispute, you agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Code On Fire — including videos, templates, code snippets, designs, prompts, and training materials — are the sole intellectual property of Wildman Nakamoto and Code On Fire.

You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or claim any part of the content as your own without written permission.

5. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program for disruptive, abusive, unethical, or unprofessional behavior — without a refund.

You agree to respect fellow participants, maintain confidentiality within private groups, and engage with integrity.
